Shipping plants is safe. However, please be aware that shipping can cause a plant to be stressed. They're not used to being in a dark box. In our experience, when you give them time to acclimate to their new environment, they tend to thrive.
Our returns policy is pretty straightforward. If there is an issue with a plant that your received, we must be contacted within 2 hours of delivery with pictures and video of the plant and packaging. We are more than willing to work with you to come to a resolution.
All purchases, once shipped, are final. Once your order is placed, if for any reason you may need to cancel, please contact us immediately and we will do the best we can to help cancel your order. We will notify you of shipment via email the day your purchase is shipped
